Transparency in Coverage Compliance

In accordance with the US Departments of Treasury, Labor, and Health and Human Services Transparency in Coverage rule, this link leads to the Machine Readable Files (MRFs) that are made available under Hamilton Associates’ Group Health Plans with Cigna.  The MRFs include negotiated rates between health plans and healthcare providers for in-network items and services and out-of-network allowed amounts. The MRFs are intended to provide important pricing information that could allow consumers to make better-informed decisions about their health care.  These files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to more easily access and analyze data.
